Trini Blue

"Down de Islands" again for a short break but not at the company's house but as the guest of a family who I think lived in Port-of-Spain.

I don't remember much about the trip except for the fact that the family had lost a baby or very young child in a tragic drowning accident directly by the house's  jetty in tomorrows photo. I seem to remember the child was wearing a life jacket but it was so small that the inflated neck part stopped it being able to get it's face out of the water when it accidentally turned over.

The thought of that troubled me the entire time. I don't know who the girl was and not even so sure it was the daughter of the family we were staying with.
