Chop chop

Sunday lunch. Seared scallops to start, simple cassoulet to follow.  White burgundy and Chateauneuf du Pape.  P and J and ourselves for company.  Fun, fine conversation, lovely day.  I've had this mezzaluna (half moon) knife for 25 years, bought for me by my sister in John Lewis during a visit to London.
