By the Path

Looked like an open day again today but instead I called Helena and we went out for brunch together. Then we shopped and went to my house. The sun actually came out so we took a nice long walk in Cordata Park. This area is along the path. Here there are quite a few open fields instead of wooded areas. I like the textures in the dried grasses and shrubs. Helena is taking a nap and I'm on the computer. We'll have a late afternoon dinner and then I'll take her home. I really enjoy our visits together. She is a friend, not just my step daughter. Nice.
