today a representative of the CTA boarded my train during the morning rush hour and loudly announced that he would take any comments or complaints and promised to file them with the vice president of rail's office. i took him up on the offer and said to him, "no complaints yet; so far, so good."
"don't hold your breath" was his response
I hope the crews will be working tomorrow night too...
