The Harwell Farm

House constructed  between 1844 -1854 as a Greek Revival house for a physician, planter, and legislator William R. Johnson.  Sorry the house is not more visible, but the entrance and property are very impressive from the road.  It is about 15 miles from Florence, SC.  The house and property are also known as The Columns and if you can look very closely at the photo, you can see part of two of the columns in the center that sit entirely across the front.
