Acceptance

Here is Fionn, waiting and watching. For what or whom I know not and it doesn't really matter; what matters is the lesson in acceptance, in just sitting and letting things unfold in their own time. (I expect cat time is very different to my watch and clock time, I should think it goes by light and dark, full bowl or empty, birds feeding, vole rustling.) I would dearly love to throw away my watch, give all the clocks to a charity shop and join Fionn in his quiet observations... maybe one day very soon I shall.
