Most mornings and many nights my neighbours (and Mrs B) are no doubt kept awake by the rumbling of the grinder, and the high-pitched screech of the milk being frothed. It's a daily ritual. This was today's result.
The trick is to not overheat the milk.
Steaming the milk to a lower temperature retains the fats and proteins in the milk which retain a sweet flavour, lost when milk is steamed to scalding temperatures.

In Other News
Finally made it for a run. I ran a half marathon earlier in the year, and now doing 5k killed me. Needed a large curry to recover.
