Rice Paper

As is typical of these photographic courses/workshops, we are so busy travelling around taking photographs that it is difficult finding the time to download and work on the pictures we have taken during the day.

This shot was taken in a confectionary factory on an island in the Mekong River.  This lady is making rice paper. We saw many other items being made: my favourite was the coconut toffee - excellent (particularly the one flavoured gently with ginger)!
