Turkey Toes

It's been awhile since we have had turkeys visiting. These were either very tame or very hungry. They let me get very close and enjoy all the technicolor show that combines to make a colorful, but homely bird. You will find some strikingly colored exampled in the extras.

Congrats to the Eagles fans, it's very quiet locally in Patriots country. I did my usual early errands and I was the only one in Trader Joes and CVS, unusual even at just after 8 in the morning. I think lots of folks took today off to catch up on sleep and mope about. Tom will be back.
