Rain or shine

Another wet, winter Saturday.
Another home game for Falkirk, this time against Livingston.

We approached the game with some hope; after all, recent results suggested that the Bairns had turned the corner after a terrible start to the season.

Unfortunately, it was a match in which Falkirk were second-best. We were well-beaten 1-3 against a team whose long-ball, high-ball tactics we never got to terms with. The atmosphere inside the ground was as bleak as the weather.

But we'll be there again at our next home game, hoping for better. For that's what football fans do: support their team in rain or shine.
