Miller Ground

A trip into the Lakes today, well as far as Windermere, for a few bits of shopping and lunch. Home via Miller Ground and Lyth Valley, as the lake road from Bowness to Newby Bridge is currently closed for sewage pipe upgrades.

No 1 son phoned this evening. He is liking the new job assembling watches which he enjoys. . He seemed chipper.

No 2 son finally started at BA today. He has his uniform, hat and badges. It has been a long slog to get to this point. Looking forward to celebrating with both sons later this week.
