What on Earth?

With Beth’s encouragement, we went out on a walk this afternoon after she got off from baking. This was at the same place I often go with D, nearby, but it really feels like you are away from the suburbs. I came across this interesting seed pod thing hanging from a branch. Not sure what it is, but it gave me joy anyway to find something mysterious.
