Cat Scratch Fever
Every day I spend some time with Jess getting us both used to a brushing routine. When she arrived she had a few matted clumps around her neck which took a few days to pull apart gently, but are now gone.
We have a selection of brushes and combs, which she likes to bite and while in general she likes to be brushed, the tuggy bits soon lead to some moans and maybe a swipe. I can usually encourage her by holding a brush to her head and she'll start to self brush herself. Tonight as we had a wee session, she ended up lying on a brush and rolling her head on it which allowed me to brush her tummy!
