Wanderings

An early blood test and then GP appointment made for a fair few hours between that and work. Decided to walk from West Ken to work, via Putney Bridge and Barnes. Many people out walking their dogs and generally getting on with life. Always reminded how much better going for a walk and seeing others going about their day can make me feel.

The reality of surgery in a month is settling in, but the way things are working out in transition related timings keeps reminding me how much this is meant to be.
