Tiny crocuses

Another bright but very cold day - despite that, the spring bulbs are starting to come through now. I think these fit the challenge of spikes for Tiny Tuesday, they are like spikes pushing through the soil and fallen leaves. 

Another day dealing with contractors due to some problems at home that need rectifying - a leak, that has messed up two rooms, and the fountain in the garden is also leaking. I think the ears of the sellers have been burning all day with the amount of cursing I have sent their way! 

It's half term next week, so we are going skiing again. I hope that this time the weather is better so that we can actually ski. Luke is also coming out from Berlin for 3 days the following weekend with some friends, so it will be lovely to see him again - we only overlap by one day, as we leave the day after he arrives but at least we get to see him. Adam unfortunately does not get a half term break so he won't be able to join us.
