Recovery from Natures Worst.

The cyclone that hit causing devastation along the coastline, coinciding with king tides from the blood and blue moon event, was only 6 days ago. The clean up has happened very quickly here with little of the debris to be seen apart from the biggest logs.

The sea surged over the sandbar and  you can see where it has flattened the grass in the foreground. The sandbar has been swept clean and moved closer to the track which further along  suffered  damage from the wave surges.

In the distance are white topped waves breaking against the far side of the sandbar as the tide comes in.
