Gnocchi in Progress

Well it took a good hour and several sinks of washing up to create delicious Ella vegan gnocchi. In the end the final result didn’t photograph well! So here it is in process. There is a reason her arty book is full of photos of the raw ingredients rather than the plated up dish. Though if I shut my eyes to eat,it tasted pretty good.
Next time I will revert to Ocado ready to cook version...but fun to tackle a new culinary challenge .
