Deflated?

My birthday balloons may still be going strong, but I'm not sure that I am and I'm feeling very deflated:-(

After a sleepless night last night, I took the advice of blip friend SMLP and made up a list of the pros and cons of both of the houses we've viewed so far.  Sadly the cons far outweighed the pros in both cases, so we've cancelled the second viewing on Friday and advised the owners of the other house that we are no longer interested.  It helped to concentrate our minds on what we really need and not just what we'd like.

I'll still keep looking online for the perfect house, but will take more time to make sensible choices.  You'll be glad to hear that I won't bore you with the ups and downs until the deed is done, as it may be all consuming for me at the moment, but I'm sure you have better things to think about:-)
