Household repairs.

My poor hubby has a cold, so all he wanted to do yesterday was rest.  Unfortunately he suddenly felt water dripping on him,  the air conditioner was leaking.  So he had to spend time cleaning it.  As there was to much water not draining away we had to involve one of the maintenance guys.  They helped us get the unit working but suggested that we contact an air conditioning engineer.   He came today and cleaned it out using a high pressure water cleaner.  To prevent water going everwhere he placed a shroud made from a tarpaulin over the unit.   We got both air conditioners cleaned it all took just over an hour and has made a big difference.  We do regularly clean the filters, but a big clean a couple of times a year is now on our maintenance list. The amount of dust that washed out was amazing.
