I had more time later in the day and finished the above - it's in the extras!
Not a good day for moving it's now 17:25 and I've not even done 1000 steps!  Teaching this afternoon and I have watched 'Great Art' - Rembrandt on the TV.  Ro is making  pizza for dinner.  It's still raining and the sun has vanished!  Time to draw the curtains.
