Semmel Brötchen

Waking up early in Oberammergau and an equally early breakfast in my hotel.

I look forward to German breakfasts as it's a bit of nostalgia for me, as I spent many years in northern Germany in the 70's and 80's.

There is something special about semmel brötchen.

Just scrumptious.
