We didn’t get to see much of the capital, Colombo, when we were here last year as we were driven straight across the island to the East of the country so we enjoyed trekking round some of the sights today. It was very, very hot, about 86 deg. and we clocked up over 19,000 steps before we collapsed into a tuk tuk for a madcap ride through packed streets back to ship. Not for the faint-hearted!
