Day #25 Final day at sea

Our last day aboard the beautiful Azamara Quest :(
Again another lovely relaxing day - I finished my last book, saw more whales from the balcony, won at 80's music trivia - we've been waiting for it all cruise as we are rubbish at the other eras, packed, said goodbye to our new friends, some whom we've been with for over three weeks now and we had our last supper in the wonderful Italian speciality restaurant.
This is my favourite starter - scallops wrapped in pancetta with silky smooth cauliflower purée and herb pesto - delicious!

On board they have a small casino which my husband likes to dabble with and has been holding his own all cruise(miraculously!).
But last night he surpassed himself and after an hour playing blackjack, we walked away with $350 of which $250 was our "profit" for this cruise - go Simon!!!
A lovely end to what has been one of the best holidays we have had so far.
A couple of days in San Diego before we head home should round it off nicely.
