Actually this is about an insurance claim. Johns phone was laundered, left in a pocket, we dithered about claiming, asked the local rep if she thought it worthwhile, sent it off and three weeks later the old refurbed laundered phone turned into a new one. Neither of us have bought new before, or made a claim on household insurance, probably best not to make a habit of it
