Just happened to be in Musselburgh today and as I was a wee bit early for my appointment I had a wander along the High Street.  The 'Ice Cream Factory' sign caught my eye as being very authentic and unchanged.  Little did I realise this was the original factory set up in 1908!
This is what they say on the website-
'Whilst production and storage techniques have changed, our ice cream recipe has largely remained unchanged. In addition, our ice cream is still produced in the same factory as it was in Luca Scappaticcio's day.'
So there you are...
