Mussels for dinner
Both W and I enjoy mussels when we are dining out. But we've never had them at home. Today was an experiment - easy to prepare, heat in the bag, ready cooked mussels in a sauce, with freshly baked (from frozen) baguettes.
It was really rather tasty, and so easy. The only thing that took any time to prepare was the salad.
But I've suggested that next time, we should try to cook the mussels from raw, see how we get on.
