A touch of Spring !

‘Nurse’ Karen and her mom Margaret joined me for dinner last nite. They brought me these lovely tulips.
I prepared one of my Plated meals; braised chicken with apricots & currants, fingerling potatoes and spinach . . . all ingredients arrived in a box, then lovingly prepared by me. (I cannot say enough about Plated and their meals and customer service!).
But most important . . . . the visit and dinner with wonderful friends! Thank you Ladies !
