Lift off......there were several pelicans diving for lunch off the dock at noon and they were putting on quite a show.  It's funny to see the seagulls acting as "assistants," maybe hoping something will drop from the pelican's beak.

P.S.......went to the beach for sunset and decided to take a wide angle shot of the world famous Lido Key Tiki Bar and post it in the extra spot.....it's open to the public (a beach access is just to the south of the structure) and lots of people walk from wherever they're staying and spend a little time enjoying a drink and catching up with friends.  Sort of like a pub on the beach!  That kind of friendly vibe.....
