Fairy cake hat

I went to Cromwell quilters tonight to hear a talk by Gina Ferrari. I have done a few workshops with her but quite some time ago. I expect people to remember me ( having no hair) but I was surprised she remembered my name.

The talk was interesting and contained some history of the women who inspired her.

One of her projects was to make a hat from knitted fairy cakes that she asked people to send her. Here I am wearing said hat
