My dad turns 82

We had a scrumptious lunch today in celebration of my dads 82nd birthday. I was away on my trip to Grand Cayman when his actual birthday took place but I think our day today certainly made up for it.

We had the most delicious drinks. Mine was a vodka, white cranberry, cucumber and sage drink. It was so refreshing. We started with a hummus and roasted cauliflower dip with yummy flatbreads of all flavors. My main dish was a cedar planked salmon with root veggies and potatoes.
Desert was decadent but served in small shot glasses to avoid any feeling of guilt lol.
