Back blipping as Friday was tainted by some computer problems...thankfully (touching lots of wood) it all seems to have come back now and be working again.

I managed to go for a run despite the cold, followed by a dog walk so felt virtuous. Had a super lunch with this young lady (one of my goddaughters) and her mummy. Then hosted ten ladies for an after-work snifter.

No wonder I was keen to slump into the sofa by 9pm!
