Day 2 of the cold!  Back on the lemsips alongside all the other pills and potions! cough, cough, splutter, splutter!

been out for some fresh air though as we went to Southend market - it's a very cold, and now rainy, day so there weren't many stalls open but I did treat myself to a set of 5 Otis Redding CDs for £10 so that's my soundtrack for this saturday afternoon!
