Doing the job

The purpose of the plastic bowl is to prevent squirrels from climbing up the pole to reach the bird feeders.  Seems to be working.  However that doesn't mean the bird food is safe.  The extra blip shows how a squirrel has emptied the coconut fat cake by getting around on some quite thin branches. If you look at yesterday's blip you'll see that the coconut shell was full.
