It's Saturday ......

..... so the fishing boats are tied up in Pittenweem harbour. No catches being unloaded, no hosing out the plastic crates, no mopping the deck ... all was quiet apart from the gulls who are never silent.

An overcast morning .... my least favourite weather .... dull, damp and dreich but things did improve a bit this afternoon. Plenty of folk and their dogs enjoying a brisk walk along the sand.
