Woodpecker

FranG has kindly loaned me her camera for the holidays and I've been trying it out today.
This woodpecker has been visiting our garden for a while now, and we think she might live in our enormous conifer tree. This is the first time I've been able to get a good enough close up to get an id, she is a greater spotted woodpecker and she's not got a red patch on her head, which is how I know she's female.
