Shanghai Pudong International Airport

Pudong Airport Terminal 1 was completed in 1999 with one runway. A second runway opened in 2005, and Terminal 2, a third runway and a Cargo Terminal opened in 2008.

Pudong is the busiest international airport in China and the third busiest overall.



It connects to the City's transport network through the Maglev Train - the World's only operating magnetic levitation railway.
