Alhambra

Today we spent the day at the Alhambra at Granada.  This was originally constructed as a small fortress in 889 AD and has been expanded and added to over the years.

We spent time in the gardens before visiting an audio visual show about the palace, and we then toured around it.  The level of detail in the decorations is outstanding!

To finish the day we drove to a view point to get the classical sunset view of the palace.
