Sort of Spanish Omelette

So it's Friday again. The phone rang a lot today, and resulted in a morning coffee with someone keeping out of someone else's way, an update on a sick friend, an invite I had to pass over and then I called Pat so she could meet me and Moira in our now quite regular dog walk. There was also at least 2 calls offering free insulation and seeking the previous occupants who moved out in 2006!

Dinner was a Spanish omelette with Mathesons' Smoked sausage in e absence of chorizo. Largely to use up Aldi eggs which I realised I had bought with only 3 days to consume by best before date.

And tomorrow is Saturday.
