A year ago today...

...we were in Florida with Mr D's Mum, Dad, Sister, our brother-in-law and our nieces (sniff). A year ago yesterday we were at Disneyworld for our eldest niece's 4th birthday and had lunch with Winnie the Pooh, Piglet, Tigger etc.

So last night we all congregated in Dunblane where Louise (sis-in-law) made pot roast, stuffed potato skins and macaroni cheese. This was followed by three types of home-made ice cream (mint choc chip, brown betty and caramel) and my homemade chocolate brownies - plus a Winnie-the-Pooh themed chocolate birthday cake for our niece! We washed it all down with some margaritas.

This morning we woke up to a proper American breakfast feast. Pancakes, bacon, maple syrup and blueberries. Muffins. Doughnuts. And lots of black coffee.

How's the January diet going? Ohhhhh....not so good...
