Fall from grace

I loved this photo and its title, seen as part of the exhibition When we were young at the Portrait Gallery in Queen Street with my photography group, Wifie.

It was taken by Joseph McKenzie in the 1960s. He undertook a number of documentary projects and exposed some of the shocking deprivation in Scotland's cities, although he clearly didn't lose his sense of humour!
