Llangoed

As seen from Mariandyrys, which is an absolutely lovely North Wales Wildlife Trust Nature Reserve and one of my must visit places when we're here.

It has been blustery and showery here today and I loved watching the hail strom in the photo as it moved over Menai Strait. It reminded me of a track in Kate Bush's Ninth Wave, 'Hello Earth':

'Watching storms
start to form
over America.
Can't do anything
just watch them swing
with the wind
out to sea.'

I listened to that album so many times when I was younger that the whole thing is imprinted on my brain. I wore it out twice on cassette! It still would have to be my desert island album even though I've not listened to it much of late.
