Brightnes ahead

This morning, Gorgeous was very brave and let me take him to the swimming pool. He's never really been taught how to swim properly and has some fear of water. I tried to make it fun and focus on getting him relaxing in water rather than panicking and tensing. The biggest battle has been actually getting him to the pool...I am hoping he will continue now he has started.

It was something different to do as well as building a practicable skill and stretching comfort zones. A sit in the sauna was quite welcome on a day full of blustery snow showers.
