Cheeky

Today I had planned to go on an extended blip yomp, but instead  found my time appropriated by other people.  This made me a little irritable, and I took very few photos, but was rescued by a cheeky little chaffinch who was grubbing around for crumbs.  He seems to have beaked a pretty satisfactory one here.  I never realised chaffinches had such strong-looking legs, but isn't he sleek?  On the look-out for Mrs?

So there's an end to a less than perfect weekend.  Perhaps this week will be better - we can only hope  :)
