Four seasons in one day

It was bright and sunny when I woke up, then it rained hard at lunchtime. By mid afternoon there was a sepia light and pink clouds and then hail and some wet unsettling snow to finish off with.

Only in Britain.

Trip to the hosp tonight with knee pain. Was seen dead quick and told I had a cruciate ligament injury that just needed ice and rest for a few weeks. When this happened to a friend they had years of painful surgery ahead of them. I'm am grateful to get off so lightly.
