Spanakopita On The Way

Another go at using up the stock of brick pastry, this time we went Greek though. My first attempt at Spanakopita proved to be a success (if not particularly photogenic) and, even better, it used up a lot of pastry!
No golf this morning, yet more snow put paid to that, so today's sport was limited to watching the rugby on the telly. A good win for Scotland in the end but they don't half put you through the wringer. England next, will need to up a gear for that one.
