Striding out

Arctic conditions up at Hillend today. Hadn’t quite appreciated that from the city... so my walk wasn’t very long, just far enough to get some lovely panoramas. Uphill on the snowy verges so as to avoid sheet ice on the main track was exciting !? and it got the heart pumping!
