Had my second day of seminars today, a bit more challening than yesterday mostly due to a bad night's sleep - think I drank far too much coffee yesterday so my mind was buzzing throughout the night!

Met G this evening for a lovely dinner at Nonna's Kitchen in Morningside, a lovely cosy Italian and highly recommended if you're in that part of town.
