Monday

I am still enjoying lots of birthday flowers. Had a play tonight with some of them. 

I was and am always fine at work. Tonight as I got my stuff together to leave, I felt my heart fasten. Anxious about going home. Why? I don't know. It's a regular occurrence.

I'm confused as to what to do. I don't want to contact my counsellor. I don't want to bother her, I don't really know what is wrong.

The wrong things are appealing just now. Maybe its diazepam time and sleep. Roll on tomorrow.
