Clean and White

Cold, bright and clear. I love weather like this and driving to work on a Monday I get to see some fantastic 'big' skies.

Yesterday I started the process of making marmalade so, when I got home, I had to complete it. This was a bit of an experiment, I decided to put some lime in to make it a bit zingy. It has set but I need to let it cool properly to see what the taste is really like, breakfast time tomorrow is the acid test.
