Our House

This is a view from the end of the village road in North Galson, looking back on our "campus" in South Galson. My house is on the left (behind the house you can just see the piles of tyres protecting the trees in my garden extension). From left-to-right it is our house, our agricultural shed, (with lean-to for the horses still under construction) then the house of my sister-in-law and her family (with the smoke coming out of the chimney) then our cattle byre and lean-to hen-house. The bottom two fields of our croft runs up behind the houses and extends for about half-a-mile back.
